 Do I need to have my own artwork?
Our prices assume customer-supplied artwork submitted to our written specifications. Expert graphic design is available for an additional charge.

 How will I know what my artwork will look like once it's in place?
You could be shown a complete 3-D version of your design for approval before we begin production.

 How long will the production process take?
Allow one week to 10 days for completion of your sign or signs.

 What other options and features do you offer?
Virtually all of the familiar marketing tools can be adapted for use with your Segway sign, including customized built-in video and sound.

 Do I get a break if I order more than one sign?
Absolutely.  Many companies market multiple brands, products and services, ordering a different wraparound for each.

 How do I learn how to operate the Segway?
You may not need to.  Most companies chose our friendly, Segway-trained operators at the low rate of $25/hr (minimum four hours).  However, your models and sales reps can become certified Segway operators through our three-step Train-Tour-and-Test process.  Fees for this training depend on your needs and full rental package.

 What happens to the sign when I'm done?
We'll keep the sign in storage, ready for your next outing, event or marketing campaign. (Up to 90 days N/C)

 MEETING AND PARTY RENTALS

 A meeting break or after-party can turn into an exciting team-building event using our Made-for-Segway games and activities with names like Follow the Leader, Barrel Race and Musical Segways.  Or, Segway of Hawaii will work with you to develop tours and activities specifically designed for your meeting and convention theme or needs. Skilled operators, activity leaders and guides are available.

 The Segway is also a dynamite transportation idea for moving resort and convention attendees from building to building or session to session.  And a free afternoon can suddenly open up for a Segway trip to exotic points of interest or a coveted round of golf.

 o Segway of Hawaii maintains strict monitoring of all its vehicles to ensure they are well-maintained, cleaned and charged for each customer.
  o Our minimum operator age is 16 years and the weight limit is 280 lbs.
  o Safety helmets are a must and are provided for each rider at no extra charge.
  o Our staff is well trained in Segway technology to ensure every customer has the best possible experience.
  o An insurance waiver along with a major bank credit card and/or deposit are required.
  o Segway of Hawaii embraces the Aloha Spirit, offering extreme weather refunds and rain checks.

 Segway of Hawaii embraces the Aloha Spirit, offering extreme weather refunds and rain checks on the rental portion of your contract.  However, refunds and rain checks cannot be granted for Hawaii's light, pineapple showers, so always call us if you're not sure.  We will try our best to accommodate your special needs whenever possible.
